Getting Started
Create and track your first Brand Report in three steps.
Set Up a New Brand Report
First, create a new Brand Report.
Enter your brand name and domain. You can also optionally add a report name.
A report name is useful when you want to group different sets of prompts by segment or use case — for example, Pricing, Capabilities, or Use Cases.
Select Country and Language
Select the country and language for your prompts.
This determines the market and language in which the AI search platforms will be queried.
Add Your Prompts
Add one or more prompts that you want to track.
Once submitted, BrandPeak will retrieve the AI-generated answers from the selected AI search platforms and process them into insights.
This typically takes a couple of minutes. Once the status shows Complete, your Brand Report is ready.
Brand Report Metrics
Understand how your brand performs across tracked AI answers.
Brand Mentions
The total number of times a brand is mentioned across all tracked prompt–answer pairs within the selected time period.
Brand Share of Voice (SoV)
The percentage of a brand&apo;s total mentions relative to the total mentions of all tracked brands within the selected time period.
Brand Position
The average position of a brand across all tracked prompt–answer pairs within the selected time period.
Brand Coverage
The percentage of tracked prompt–answer pairs where the brand, including its aliases, is mentioned at least once in the main AI-generated answer.
Brand Ranking
An ordered ranking of brands based on their total number of mentions, including aliases, within the selected time period.
Brand Ranking Over Time
A trend showing how your brand&apo;s ranking changes over consecutive days, based on its daily Brand Mention count.
Prompts
Manage and inspect your tracked prompts.
The Prompts section contains a list of all your tracked prompts. By default, each prompt is refreshed every 24 hours.
Click on any prompt to view its details.
Rendered Output Snapshot
A visual snapshot of the AI-generated answer as it appeared on the source platform.
Text Output
The extracted text of the AI-generated answer, stored in Markdown format.
Brand Mentions by Sentiment
The number of positive and negative mentions of your brand, together with short descriptive snippets providing context for each mention.
Link Tracking
A structured list of all sources cited within the AI-generated answer.
Sources
Understand where AI-generated answers are getting their information.
The Sources section provides an overview of the domains and sources cited across your tracked prompts.
Domain Citation
The number of times your brand&apo;s domain, including its subdomains, is cited as a source in AI-generated answers across your tracked prompts.
Domain Coverage
The percentage of tracked prompt–answer pairs where your brand&apo;s domain, including its subdomains, is cited as a source.
All Cited Sources
An aggregated list of all sources cited across the Brand Report.
